| School Description |
The Alegent Health School of Radiologic Technology offers a 23-month program of academic study and clinical education in the radiology department.
The program begins each year in late August, and courses consist of lectures, demonstrations and supervised clinical experience. When not in class, students perform various radiologic procedures with staff technologists. Students participate in all activities according to a scheduled rotation through appropriate areas within the radiology department.
Upon completion of the program, students are awarded diplomas and are eligible to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) examination. |
